>ENGLISH : One more chocolate recipe before Christmas arrives ! After the sweet and savory version, here is a 100% sweet version, which is as delicious as the first one, and as easy to cook ! Actually, this is exactly the same recipe ! So then, you’ll be able to create your own little chocolates, according to your mood and the seasons. And as these treats are really quick to prepare, you’ll have enough time to cook a batch or two for your Christmas table.
Le casting – The cast :
I had the same problem as the previous recipe, so I only used 1 cup of chocolate, up to you to multiply the measurements !
Pour environ chocolats – For about cups :
Chocolat Noir : 100 g – Dark Chocolate : 1 cup
Huile de Noix de Coco : 1 c.c. – Coconut Oil : 1 tsp.
– Dehydrated and Shredded Coconut : 2 tbsp.
Miel : 1 c.s. – Honey : 1 tbsp.
Cranberries (Airelles) séchées – Dried Cranberries
Let’s go !
Faites fondre le chocolat au bain-marie.
Heat some water in a small pot. Put the chocolate in a bowl over the pot. The bottom of the pot must not touch the water.
Let the chocolate melt. Remove the bowl from the pot, and stir the coconut oil in the chocolate.
In another bowl, pour the honey on the coconut.
Mélangez bien. Ne mangez pas tout.
Stir well. Stop eating it.
On a tray or a plate, drop a small spoonful of chocolate in small paper cups.
Ajoutez ensuite un peu de mélange coco-miel.
Then add some coconut-honey mixture.
Couvrez de chocolat,
Cover with chocolate,
Et terminez avec une cranberrie.
And finish with a dried cranberry.
Now, place in the freezer, for about 1 hour, or the time for the chocolate to harden. I keep them in the freezer until I eat them (as I do with the peanut butter and pretzel cups).
C’est fini!
Bon appétit !
